On Sunday, June 13, 2021 Binomania, in collaboration with Bignami and ZEISS, exhibited various products at the Palude Brabbia Nature Reserve in Italy. Due to the sanitary regulations due to Covid-19, the numerous participants were divided into groups.
The weather conditions were certainly of no help as the highest temperature in the early afternoon (31°Celsius) was intensified by the classic humidity present in the swamp. However, adults and children participated with great pleasure and interest.

The participants were able to test a variety of ZEISS products such as Terra ED, Conquest HD, Victory SF and HT. They also had the opportunity to try digiscoping by using a Zeiss Harpia 95 connected with an Olympus OMD E-M5 MARK II.
Fortunately, I carried the Zeiss DTI 3/35 thermal device with me that aroused the curiosity of some participants and readers of Binomania, who came specifically to test it.
Roberto Glaviano, a friend and colleague of the Ecological Guards informed the participants about the different species of birds of prey in the area and also photographed the image of the black kite below.
I would also like to thank ZEISS and the local distributor Bignami for providing a wide range of optical instruments, the various volunteers and LIPU officers (Elia Chiesa, Barbara Ravasio, and many others) of the Palude Brabbia Nature Reserve who collaborated to the realization of this beautiful event.
