Messdienstleistungen – praxisnah und persönlich
ZEISS Technologietage sind ein bewährtes Format für den persönlichen Austausch – im April überraschte Michael Ramp, Leiter des ZEISS Metrology Center Stuttgart in Ostfildern, die rund zwanzig Teilnehmer mit einer neuen Organisation des Tages.
Mehrere Stationen – viel Input
Um allen einen möglichst kurzweiligen und doch guten Einblick in verschiedene Messaufgaben und -geräte zu geben, wurden die Teilnehmer in mehrere Kleingruppen durch einen Mess-Parcours geschickt. Alle fünfzehn Minuten ging es eine Station weiter. An insgesamt acht Anlaufstellen erfuhren die Besucher viel Wissenswertes über das Leistungsspektrum des Messzentrums.
Ob Oberflächenmessung, 3D-Druck-Optimierung, Digitalisierung von Bauteilen oder Defektanalyse mittels Computertomografie, die ZEISS Experten und Expertinnen führten sehr praxisnah in ihr jeweiliges Thema ein. Bevor es jedoch in die technischen Details ging, stellte sich jeder und jede persönlich vor, beschrieb kurz Werdegang und Tätigkeit.
Kleine Gruppen – reger Austausch
Dank der kleinen Gruppen war nicht nur genug Zeit für Fragen, es entstanden auch schon während der Kurzvorträge und den Live-Messungen an jeder Station Gespräche zu konkreten Anforderungen aus dem persönlichen Arbeitsalltag. Thomas Hay und Michael Aichele von ZIEHLABEGG nutzten direkt die Gelegenheit und zogen ein eigenes Bauteil aus der Tasche, um die Messmöglichkeiten zu diskutieren. „Wir sind ganz gezielt heute wegen des Themas Lohnmessung gekommen“, so Hay.
Im ZEISS Metrology Center sind sie mit dieser Anforderung genau richtig. Die dortigen Experten entwickeln nicht nur zeitnah die richtige Messstrate-gie für unterschiedlichste Bauteile, sondern führen die beauftragten Messungen auch in kurzer Zeit durch.
Neues Format – positives Feedback
Frank Heidrich von der Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH arbeitet täglich mit dem Computertomografen ZEISS METROTOM 1500. Er fand an dem Vormittag aber nicht nur den CT-Vortrag spannend. Er schätzte besonders die Möglichkeit andere Technologien, wie die Multisensorik der ZEISS O-INSPECT, kennenzulernen.
Auch Felix Kaiser, Entwicklungsingenieur bei AMK Automotive war vom neuen Format der Veranstaltung überzeugt: „Direkt an der Maschine bekommt man einfach am meisten mit und hat gleich eine konkrete Vorstellung davon, wie eine Messaufgabe gelöst werden kann.“
Niederlassungsleiter Michael Ramp freute sich über die positive Resonanz. „Ich schätze den direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden sehr. Das wird bestimmt nicht der letzte Technologietag in diesem Format gewesen sein.“
