Schüler des Berufsförderungswerks Eckert besuchen das ZEISS Metrology Center Garching und sammeln Expertenwissen im Bereich Messtechnik – ein gefragtes Berufsfeld in den verschiedensten Branchen.

Regenstauf / München. Ob Automobilbranche, Medizintechnik oder Luftfahrt: Im gesamten Maschinenbau hat das Qualitätswesen eine zentrale Rolle. Der Bedarf an qualifizierten Fachkräften, die modernste Standards und höchste Qualitätsansprüche sicherstellen, ist groß – dementsprechend sind Qualitätsfachleute am Arbeitsmarkt hoch im Kurs. Im Bewerbungsrennen sind ein ganzheitliches Kompetenzprofil und weitere Alleinstellungsmerkmale besonders gefragt. Aus diesem Grund ergänzt das Berufsförderungswerk Eckert die praxisnahe Ausbildung zunehmend um verschiedene Fachvorträge, Workshops und Exkursionen. Die jüngste Bildungsreise führte die Drittsemester zum ZEISS Metrology Center in Garching b. München. Standortleiter Carsten Gericke führte die Umschüler durch ihren Exkursionstag.

Der Rundgang durch die verschiedenen Prüflabore in kleineren Gruppen veranschaulichte das enorme Tätigkeitsfeld. Es gibt einiges zu entdecken, die Produktpalette ist groß, die möglichen Einsatzgebiete vielfältig. Die ZEISS-Experten demonstrierten den angehenden Qualitätsfachleuten die Multisensortechnik (ZEISS O-INSPECT), das DAkkS-Labor sowie den Computertomograph ZEISS METROTOM. Speziell das Multisensormessgerät fand bei den Regenstaufer Besuchern großes Interesse. Es kombiniert Vorteile taktiler (geringste Messunsicherheit) mit optischer Messtechnik (Schnelligkeit und Messung unzugänglicher Bereiche) in ein und derselben Aufspannung. Hier sammelten die Umschüler allerhand Hintergrundinformationen zu Messstrategien, digitalen Filtern und der Bedeutung von Loops (Schleifenmessung) bei Erstellung des Basissystems nach Standard- oder RPS-Methode.

„Es ist toll zu sehen, dass die Teilnehmer so ein großes Interesse an der Prüftechnik und der optischen Messtechnik zeigen“, erklärt Gericke begeistert. Um viele neue Impulse reicher und mit viel Know-how im Gepäck, traten die angehenden Qualitätsfachleute schließlich ihre Heimreise an den Campus Regenstauf an.
