Ines Reiche studied media informatics. Today she is a Scrum Master at ZEISS Digital Innovation and a coach for distributed agile collaboration. Together with her colleagues, she gained experience from numerous distributed projects and worked out a holistic, well-founded concept for distributed agile cooperation: "One Team One Office (ETEO)". Now she shares this experience in workshops on agility, distribution and related topics.
