Ferenc Baranyai is a graduate IT engineer. He works as Scrum Master at the ETEO Software Factory in Hungary (subsidiary of ZEISS Digital Innovation) and is working with distributed teams since 2018. He focuses on the implementation and development of the ETEO concept in Miskolc. Ferenc is interested in team and process development and how the relation between ZEISS Digital Innovation and ETEO Software Factory can be strengthened.
