This recipe is even another spin on an old Mexican classic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Miso Butter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 50g butter (room temperature) <\/li><li>30g white miso paste <\/li><li>1 tsp soy sauce <\/li><li>1 tsp dried chili <\/li><li>1 tsp lime juice <\/li><li>1 tsp lime zest <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pheasant taco<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 8 tacos (homemade is the best) <\/li><li>2 pheasant breasts <\/li><li>1 red chili <\/li><li>1 lime (juice) <\/li><li>1 tbsp. fresh coriander <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix\nall ingredients for the miso butter in a small bowl and set aside in the fridge\nfor 15 min to cool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nthe meantime, prepare the pheasant breasts. Cut the breast into 2cm thick\nslices. Heat a frying pan to medium temperature and melt the miso butter in the\npan. Next, add the pheasant meat and fry until cooked through (when it is no\nlonger pink in the middle). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now,\nserve your wild Mexican pheasant tacos and top it with fresh chili,
