It is the perfect time to cook and enjoy a<br>\nwinner breakfast with a hot cup of coffee and the company of your loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Roe deer (or any other wild meat)<\/li><li>Cheese of your choice <\/li><li>1 Egg <\/li><li>25g Butter<\/li><li>Fresh bread thinly sliced <\/li><li>1 tbsp. mayonnaise <\/li><li>1 tbsp. dijon mustard <\/li><li>Fresh parsley <\/li><li>Salt and pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First,\nlet\u2019s cook the meat. Heat a frying pan on high heat with 25g butter. Fry fillet\nfor 1 min on each side, until golden brown. Make sure to pour the butter over\nthe meat while frying it. Next, transfer the fillet to a baking tray and put in\noven for 8-12 min, or until it has a temperature of 53 \u00b0C. Let the meat rest\nfor 10 min covered with kitchen foil and a tea towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nthe dijonnaise, mix\nthe mayonnaise and the dijon mustard, add some salt and pepper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next,\ntoast the bread and place thin slices of the meat on it, followed by the cheese\nand a spoonful of the dijonnaise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before\nwe can enjoy the ultimate hunter\u2019s breakfast, we need to pouch the egg. Bring a\nlarge pot of water to a boil, then or turn off the heat. Crack the egg in a\nsmall bowl. Add one tablespoon of vinegar to the pot and stir to create a\nvortex. Pour the egg into the middle of the vortex and set a timer for 3\nminutes. Once the egg is done, use a slotted spoon to remove the poached egg.\nDab with a paper towel to remove excess water, place on your toast, season with\nsalt and pepper and enjoy
