Here comes a recipe for you to cook it yourself. I minced some roe deer meat for this recipe, but I can recommend all types of red wild meat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Meatballs:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g wild meat  <\/li><li>1 onion, finely chopped  <\/li><li>2 cloves garlic, chopped <\/li><li>2 tbsp capers, finely chopped <\/li><li>100 g Parmesan, finely grated <\/li><li>100 g Breadcrumbs <\/li><li>1 free range egg <\/li><li>Fresh herbs, finely chopped <\/li><li>Salt &amp; pepper <\/li><li>50 g butter for frying <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Sauce:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 onion, finely chopped <\/li><li>1 clove garlic, pressed <\/li><li>1 can chopped tomato  <\/li><li>2 tbsp tomato puree <\/li><li>3 fresh tomatoes, finely chopped <\/li><li>1 tbsp capers, chopped <\/li><li>200 ml venison or beef stock <\/li><li>100 ml of red wine <\/li><li>Fresh thyme <\/li><li>Salt and pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not to forget:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If\nyou find wild meat to lean with to less fat, use 300 g wild meat and 200 g high\nquality free range minced pork. Wild meat is usually lean meat and will\ntherefore be drier than for example minced beef. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First,\nfinely chop the onion, capers and garlic, and put in a bowl. Add finely chopped\nfresh herbs, egg, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and meat. Mix well\ntogether. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To\nprepare the tomato sauce, chop the onions and garlic and fry on low heat in a\npot with olive oil until softened. Add rest of the ingredients and let it\nsimmer for 20 min. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile,\nheat up butter in a pan. Next, shape the meatballs with a tablespoon to the\nsize you want and fry them on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.\nTurn them over frequently while cooking. To make sure that they are cooked\nthrough, roast the meatballs in the oven at 200\u00b0C for about 15 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nthe meantime, cook the spaghetti.
