You can make this in many different ways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Marinade:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wild meat (this is back leg of a buck)<\/li><li>2 tbsp soy sauce <\/li><li>2 tbsp fish sauce <\/li><li>1 tbsp sesame oil <\/li><li>1 tbsp sugar <\/li><li>1\/2 red onion <\/li><li>2 gloves of garlic  <\/li><li>Salt &amp; pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chopped\nonion and garlic, salt and pepper. Add meat to a resealable zip lock bag or\nlarge bowl and pour the marinade on top. Marinate for at least 2 hours or\novernight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, for the filling. Give the carrots and radishes a quick pickle. To start, cut the\ncarrot and radishes in matchsticks and place them into small bowl. Mix together\n200ml warm water and 200ml vinegar, sugar and 2 tbsp salt until the sugar and\nsalt have dissolved. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave for at least 1 hr or\nup to 3 days. Will keep for 1 week in the fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s\nwork on the spicy mayo. Chop the spring onions and mix together in a small bowl\nwith mayo, Hoisin sauce and Sriracha Sauce. Done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now\nthat all the ingredients for the sandwich are ready, let\u2019s grill the meat. Wait\nuntil the flames have died off and the charcoal has turned grey. Place the meat\non the grill and BBQ each side for a about 7 minutes.
