We\u2019re always up for a good homemade pizza. Just sprinkle with your favorite topping and it\u2019s a winner dinner! Remember, if you\u2019re not into rocket, leave it. If you don&#8217;t like fresh tomatoes leave them as well. But \u2018\u2019 Houston, we have a problem!\u2018\u2019 if you do not like wild meat! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 500g plain flour, plus extra for dusting <\/li><li>1 tsp salt <\/li><li>\u00bd tsp dried yeast (not fast-action)<\/li><li>400ml warm water <\/li><li>Oil, for greasing\u00a0 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Tomato Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 tbsp olive oil <\/li><li>2 cloves garlic <\/li><li>1 tsp fresh thyme <\/li><li>60 ml red wine <\/li><li>800 g canned crushed tomatoes<\/li><li>150 g tomato paste <\/li><li>Salt and black pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pizza Toppings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grilled summer buck Put the flour and salt in the bowl and mix the yeast into the\nwater. Now, slowly pour in the liquid. Knead for 10 min until the dough is\nshiny. Don\u2019t be tempted to add too much flour as the dough is quite sticky.\nOnce the gluten are activated it will form a nice dough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next,\npour some oil down the sides of another bowl and place the dough in it. Turn it\naround so that it is lightly coated in the oil. Cover tightly with cling film\nand a tea towel. Place in a warm spot and leave until the dough has doubled in\nsize. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nthe meantime, chop up the toppings and prepare the tomato sauce. For the sauce,\nheat the olive oil in a pot and saut\u00e9 the garlic and thyme for 1 min. Add red\nwine and simmer for another minute. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cover, and\nsimmer on low for about 5 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now,\nwe assemble the pizza. Place the pizza on a floured baking sheet (with no\nedge). When cooking on a charcoal barbecue, let the coals turn grey first.\nSlide the dough onto the grill, close the lid and give it three to four\nminutes. It is ready when the bottom has light brown stripes. Use tongs to pull\nthe dough off and turn it upside down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now,\nassemble the pizza with the toppings of your choice and place back on the\ngrill, uncooked-side down, and shut the lid. Give it another three to four\nminutes.
