Es ist auch eine gro\u00dfartige M\u00f6glichkeit, alle Wildfleischskeptiker von dem erstaunlichen Geschmack zu \u00fcberzeugen. Denn: Wer mag keinen Burger?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TIPP:<\/strong> F\u00fcr den besten Geschmack die Patties nur mit Salz w\u00fcrzen. Andere Gew\u00fcrze w\u00fcrden den Fleischgeschmack nur \u00fcberdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 Teile Wildfleisch (Wildart ist egal) sehnenfreies Muskelfleisch! <\/li><li>1 Teil Speck, am besten Wildschwein es geht aber auch Hausschwein vom Metzger <\/li><li>Kochsalz (kein Nitritp\u00f6kelsalz) 18 g\/kg Fleischmasse<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Welle des Fleischwolfs, sowie die Lochscheibe in die Tiefk\u00fchltruhe legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gut durchgek\u00fchltes Fleisch mit dem Salz vermengen und anschlie\u00dfend durch den Fleischwolf mit der 6 mm Lochscheibe durchdrehen. Die Fleischmasse nochmals gut verkneten bis eine homogene Masse entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daraus gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Kugeln formen, ca. 120 g schwer und mit der Burgerpresse zu Patties dr\u00fccken.
