In D\u00e4nemark wird dies Gericht oft als &#8222;H\u00fchner in T\u00f6rtchen&#8220; bezeichnet. Heute werden wir anstelle von H\u00fchnchen Fasan verwenden. Servieren Sie die T\u00f6rtchen als Vorspeise oder zu Ihrem Hauptgericht als schicke Beilage. Viel Spa\u00df beim Kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 Fasanenbr\u00fcstchen<\/li><li>300 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/li><li>1 Karotte, fein gehackt<\/li><li>1 Zwiebel, fein gehackt<\/li><li>3 Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li><li>50 g Butter<\/li><li>2 EL Mehl<\/li><li>400 ml Milch<\/li><li>200 g wei\u00dfer Spargel (in Dosen oder frisch)<\/li><li>12-14 T\u00f6rtchen (hausgemacht oder fertig)<\/li><li>2 Handvoll frische Petersilie<\/li><li>Salz und frisch gemahlener Pfeffer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fasanenbr\u00fcstchen, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, Karotte, Zwiebel, Pfeffer, Salz und Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter in einen Topf geben und zum Kochen bringen. 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Fasanenbrust sollte gar gekocht sein (wenn das Fleisch in der Mitte nicht mehr pink ist), aber nicht l\u00e4nger als n\u00f6tig. Anschlie\u00dfend das Fleisch aus der Br\u00fche nehmen und bei Seite stellen. Etwas Br\u00fche f\u00fcr die Sauce sp\u00e4ter reservieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes Butter in einem Topf geben und langsam schmelzen. Dann Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen, dabei konstant r\u00fchren. Anschlie\u00dfend nach und nach Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen und immer weiter r\u00fchren, bis Sie eine glatte Mischung erhalten. Die Sauce nun f\u00fcr ca. 2 Minuten unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren eindicken. Alles gut vermischen und Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die T\u00f6rtchen einige Minuten im Ofen erhitzen und mit der Fasan-Spargel-Sauce f\u00fcllen.
