Das Fleisch ca. 20 Minuten lang bei m\u00e4\u00dfiger Hitze, anbraten. Hase ist jedoch ein sehr mageres Fleisch. Es kann schnell austrocknen. Am besten eignen sich deshalb die mageren und zarten St\u00fccke wie der Hasenr\u00fccke oder die Lende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Hase <\/li><li>100 g Pancetta, gehackt <\/li><li>2 Sellerie, fein gew\u00fcrfelt <\/li><li>1 Karotte, fein gew\u00fcrfelt <\/li><li>1 Zwiebel, fein gew\u00fcrfelt <\/li><li>1 Knoblauchzehe, gehackt <\/li><li>100 ml Wei\u00dfwein <\/li><li>200 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche <\/li><li>Frischer Thymian <\/li><li>Oliven\u00f6l <\/li><li>Salz und Pfeffer <\/li><li>500 g Tagliatelle oder Pasta, die Sie bevorzugen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Einen gro\u00dfen Topf mit Wasser f\u00fcllen. F\u00fcgen Sie eine gute Prise Meersalz hinzu. Anschlie\u00dfen das Wasser mit geschlossenem Deckel zum Kochen bringen. Sobald das Wasser kocht, r\u00fchren Sie die Nudeln ein. Nach Packungsanleitung fertig kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes Karotte, Zwiebel, Sellerie und Knoblauch fein w\u00fcrfeln. Bei mittlerer Hitze etwas Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und die Pancetta knusprig braten. Zwiebel, Karotte, Sellerie, Knoblauch und Thymian hinzuf\u00fcgen. 4-5 min kochen lassen. oder bis das Gem\u00fcse weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun das gew\u00fcrfelte Hasenfleisch in die Pfanne geben und 2 Minuten braten. Wei\u00dfwein und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen. Zum Kochen bringen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Hitze reduzieren und bei geschlossenem Deckel etwa 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Hin und wieder umr\u00fchren. Die Sauce abschmecken und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Servieren die Sauce gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig \u00fcber die Tagliatelle verteilen und frisch geriebenem Parmesan
