Sie macht Ihr wildes Fleisch noch k\u00f6stlicher und zarter. Hier kommt der n\u00e4chste Schritt, eine dickfl\u00fcssige Marinade voller Geschmack zum Aufpinseln. Probieren Sie es aus. In diesem Rezept verwenden wir Rentierfilet aus Gr\u00f6nland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 ml Oliven\u00f6l <\/li><li>100 ml Ketchup <\/li><li>50 ml Sojasauce <\/li><li>50 g brauner Zucker <\/li><li>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<\/li><li>1 rote Zwiebel, in Scheiben geschnitten<\/li><li>Habanero-Sauce (Tabasco oder getrockneter Chili)<\/li><li>Paprika <\/li><li>Salz und Pfeffer <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinieren Sie Ihr wildes Fleisch mindestens eine Stunde lang in meiner S<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.zeiss.com\/sports-optics\/hunting\/de\/jaegerindens-spezial-marinade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"pezial Marinade (opens in a new tab)\">pezial Marinade<\/a>, oder am besten 6-8 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank. 30 Minuten vor dem Garen das Fleisch der Marinade herausnehmen und auf dem Tisch ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes mischen Sie alle\nZutaten f\u00fcr die Marinade. Dann einfach das fleisch mit der Marinade bestreichen und\neinige Male wiederholen, w\u00e4hrend das Fleisch auf dem Grill ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viel Spa\u00df beim Kochen und
