in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen und anschlie\u00dfend gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig die\nRehkeule damit einreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erhitzen Sie eine Pfanne bei\nstarker Hitze mit geschmacksneutralem \u00d6l, wie z. B. Raps\u00f6l. Die Keule auf jeder\nSeite 2-3 Minuten braten und anschlie\u00dfend in einen gro\u00dfen Topf geben. F\u00fcllen\nSie Bier, Tomatenmark und Wasser in den Topf, bis die Keule vollst\u00e4ndig bedeckt\nist. Alles bei geschlossenem Deckel langsam auf schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen,\nbis das Fleisch so zart ist, da\u00df es von den Knochen f\u00e4llt. Dies sollte ungef\u00e4hr\n3 Stunden dauern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem Kochen das Fleisch auf ein\nSchneidebrett legen und vorsichtig mit zwei Gabeln vom Knochen l\u00f6sen und in\nkleine St\u00fccke zerteilen.
