Sylvie Löffler

Sylvie Löffler has a degree in business information technology and has been with ZEISS Digital Innovation since 1999. First, she worked as an IT management consultant with a focus on process, quality and requirements management and is currently Strategy Process Officer and Quality Management Officer. As a member of the strategy team, she gradually introduced the agile strategy process to the company from the end of 2010. Sylvie Löffler has many years of experience with agile management. From her own experience, she knows what agile methodology can do for all company levels and where the hurdles are that need to be overcome. She presents the experience gained at conferences, in seminars, in articles and in the exchange of experiences with other companies.
