Maria Bär has a degree in Media Computer Science and has been working for ZEISS Digital Innovation since 2013. As a software tester she strengthens the test domain and has worked in classic and agile software projects in various domains. She has also gained experience in requirements engineering and agile project management. Beside her main job she promotes trainees at ZEISS Digital Innovation and for promotion of women in general.
